I don't think that The Janitorial Times is very active. In fact, I don't think that Frans has anything to do with it any more. It may very well be rudderless. Probably the 2nd biggest SQ site is The Subspace Channel, but it is even more dead than The Janitorial Times. It seems that the SQ community split off from the greater Sierra community before the end of the WebX boards and then burned out.

I would like to find active SQ, LSL and PQ sites for our gateway community. Anyone enough of a fan to start up a board for any of these series? If anyone is of a mind to do so, it would be much preferable to use phpBB3, as it will be a lot easier to setup the membership sharing.

If no one else does, you know I will... I have such a great fondness for the SQ series - my very first adventure game, after all, was SQ1.

But I'm a backup. If there's someone else who's prepared to set up these forums, please, please go for it. We'll support you to the very limits of the galaxy, to the most innuendo-ridden comment of a lounge lizard, to the last bullet left in Sonny's gun...

Anyone willing to do so will have a built in member base. I just want all of the main series covered. I'm still hoping that we can get one of the existing SQ forums on board.

It would be exciting to see something that focused on the original LSL games - I know they have a huge fanbase. Such a forum would surely display the tongue-in-cheek cheesiness of the series.

I'll need to play the remaining LSL games I've yet to play...

I can provide assistance, information and moderation for a Police Quest board, but I know nothing about setting up a forum, administration and so on. But if someone, with more technical competence, want to team up with me, I'll be glad to set up a PQ forum.

You can always count on me for admin help.

It is bizarre that there's no PQ fan site already...
